Thank You and Welcome

Thanks to all of the users who have signed up and given us much needed feedback over the past week. A special thanks to the MIM Listserv for all of your valuable feedback. Joan, I told you we weren’t marketing to the list. The EP portal is meant to empower event planners. Our consulting services are only going to be offered in the early stages of the ERM product. Our goal is to make the ERM suite so user friendly that no one would ever need us.

Please take some time this week to check out all of the new tools, if you haven’t had a moment to do so, and send us your comments on how we can make the portal more useful.

I like how its coming, but there are still quite a few bugs you need to fix.

Other than that - I was able to use the survey piece to get feedback from an event I threw last week. We got 300 replys.

I would like to see graphic reports as well at some point.

ExpressPlanner Update Feb 2006 We are just finishing up new functionality that allows it's users to use their own gateway and merchant account to process registration payments. Currently paypal is the only option for collection registration.
