It's still a little confusing to me how to work certain parts. Thanks though for the speedy reply on my questions. I look forward to seeing the new help system you mentioned in the email.

This is great! It needs some work but you are on the right track. I've been using other tools which don't come close to giving as much power and cost a pretty penny. You guys need to work on the usability but all in all I think this is going to kick butt. (Pardon my french) Do you guys need any help?

For the registration system builder - you need to make the misc options more clear. I played with it and figured out what they do - but I am sure most people won't take the time if it's not obvious right away.
I agree with you on the registration system builder. Infact even though this is the most important piece I think of the system - it's been the least focused on until this month.

The new system is much easier to use. The system that's currently up on expressplanner.com is 2 months old - anyone interested in testing the new system (which I expect to be a release candidate) please let me know and I'll give you access to the development portal.

ExpressPlanner now accepts merchant account payments

ExpressPlanner Update Feb 2006 We are just finishing up new functionality that allows it's users to use their own gateway and merchant account to process registration payments. Currently paypal is the only option for collection registration. Next week we will be releasing ExpressPlanner 2.2 - we've been working on usability the past few months and the new look user interface better uses the screen real estate. Based on user feedback - we've also been working on our reporting infrastructure. Quite a few new charts and reports have been created based on requests from our users. Our user base has grown drastically since Nov 2005 and we are bringing on more support resources to answer your questions. Remember - email support is free - feel free to ask your questions anytime. If we arn't too busy we'll even call you back! Check back to see screen shots of the new user interface!
